Upfront, nothing. Jurídica Aérea makes the claim directly to the airline and will not charge you if the case is unsuccessful. If your court case is lost or partially lost, Jurídica Aérea bears all the costs. If a settlement is agreed upon or we win the case, with your consent, the costs will be deducted from your claim, so you incur no extra costs. The total cost is 25% (plus VAT) of the total compensation gived to you.
