Upfront, nothing. Jurídica Aérea makes the claim directly to the airline and will not charge you if the case is unsuccessful. If your court case is lost or partially lost, Jurídica Aérea bears all the costs. If a settlement is agreed upon or the cse its won, with your consent, the costs will be deducted from your claim, so you incur no extra costs. Th total cost its the 25% (plus VAT) of the total amount of the compensation.
